Funeral case records hold some of the most sensitive data a family will ever share. We treat it that way.
Data protection
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Case data is tenant-scoped at the database level, so one funeral home can never read another home’s records — the isolation is enforced by the database, not by application code alone.
Access control
Role-based permissions limit what each staff member can see and do. Access is scoped per location, and administrators can review and revoke team access at any time.
Payments
Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and never touch RitePath servers, keeping payment handling in the narrowest possible compliance scope.
Trust Center
Our live security posture, subprocessors, and policy documents are published in the RitePath Trust Center for review by your team or your insurer.
